Every A-Grade, A-Grade Interlude and S-Grade recipe needs three things: a recipe scroll bought with Gemstone of Insolence, a per-item key material farmed from raid bosses, and a shared recipe catalyst. This guide walks through all three, in order.
Step 1 — Farm Gemstone of Insolence
Gemstone of Insolence only drops in the Tower of Insolence (TOI), from mobs level 60-80 at 20-50% chance depending on mob level. It is the currency for the Luxury Shop and is not used or obtainable anywhere else.
Step 2 — Buy the recipe scroll
Spend Gemstone of Insolence at the Luxury Shop in the Town of Giran for the recipe scroll of the item you want:

Step 3 — Farm the key material
Each recipe also needs a unique material specific to that exact item (e.g. a weapon's "Edge", an armor piece's "Pattern"), farmed from the tier-appropriate raid boss zone:

Step 4 — Get the recipe catalyst
Every recipe also needs one of four shared catalysts, each with its own crafting recipe and materials from the six rotating farm zones:
- Warsmith's Holder — A-Grade and S-Grade weapons
- Craftsman's Mold — A-Grade Interlude weapons
- Warsmith's Mold — A-Grade armor
- Arcsmith's Anvil — S-Grade and Mammon armor

Step 5 — Craft
With the recipe scroll, key material and catalyst all in inventory, open your Dwarven recipe book and craft. Remember: 60% success rate, materials are consumed either way.
