Terms of Agreement

Welcome to L2Valkyria, a free-to-play Lineage 2 private server. By creating an account, logging in, or using our website and game services, you agree to these terms. This page is the canonical version of the agreement also shown in the game client.

Rules and Guidelines

Users must follow these game rules:

  1. Users shall not solicit or petition Game Masters for favors, items, or special treatment.
  2. Users shall report bugs or defects and shall not exploit them for personal gain.
  3. Users are prohibited from using cheats, bots, or modifications that provide an unfair advantage.
  4. Users shall not engage in player-killing of new or low-level characters.
  5. Users shall not spam, flood, or abuse global or public chat channels.
  6. Users shall behave respectfully and help new players when appropriate.
  7. Users shall not use racial slurs, hate speech, or offensive language.
  8. Users shall not hold Game Masters responsible for game balance or class design decisions.
  9. Account sharing is prohibited.
  10. Selling, trading, or exchanging accounts or in-game items for real money outside the game is prohibited.
  11. Users shall not exploit bugs, loopholes, or unintended mechanics; report them to staff.
  12. Users shall respect decisions made by staff and Game Masters.

Failure to comply may result in temporary or permanent account suspension.

  1. Age limit: You must be 18 years or older, or have parental consent if you are under 18.
  2. Account information: You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. L2Valkyria is not responsible for unauthorized access caused by your own actions.
  3. Donations: Donations are non-refundable and support server maintenance and in-game rewards.
  4. Service changes: L2Valkyria may modify or discontinue services at any time.
  5. Intellectual property: L2Valkyria owns its custom server software, website, branding, and original content. Lineage 2 trademarks and assets belong to their respective rights holders.
  6. Termination: We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these terms. If services end, access to accounts and progress may end without compensation.
  7. Limitation of liability: Services are provided on an “as is” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, L2Valkyria is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
  8. Indemnification: You agree to indemnify L2Valkyria and its staff from claims arising from your use of our services.

Privacy Policy

L2Valkyria protects the personal information needed to run the server and website.

  1. Information collected: We collect your email address and IP login history for account security, password recovery, and abuse prevention. The game client may collect technical data from your PC to detect third-party programs, without collecting unrelated personal data.
  2. Use of information: We do not sell your personal information. We may use your email for service updates related to L2Valkyria.
  3. Lawful basis and retention: We process account data to provide services and maintain security. Data is kept while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward.
  4. Your rights: Depending on your location, you may request access, correction, deletion, or restriction of your personal data by contacting us below.
  5. Cookies: We use cookies to keep the website working, remember login preferences, and track referral links. You can change your choice anytime from the cookie banner at the bottom of the page.
  6. Security: We take reasonable measures to protect your information, but no system is completely secure.
  7. External links: Our website may link only to our official channels, such as Discord, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, or email contact. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those platforms.
