You can now vote and claim rewards from Account → Vote Reward on the website. The game server verifies your votes using your connection IP and sends rewards to the character you choose by in-game mail.
The same rules apply as the in-game Vote System (Alt+B): three voting websites, one claim per site every 12 hours, and a short wait between claim attempts.
New features and changes
- Vote Reward tab under your account — view all three vote sites, cooldown status, and reward details in one place.
- Claim from the website — vote on each site, select a character, and press Collect rewards. The game server processes your claim within a few minutes.
- In-game mail delivery — vote rewards (Event Medals, Adena, and more) are sent to your character’s mailbox instead of the inventory, both on the website and in-game (Alt+B → Vote System).
- Dashboard update — your account dashboard now shows Votes completed (X/3) for the current cooldown cycle.
- Offline-safe bonuses — Farm Assistance time and Supporter mission progress are saved even if your character is offline when the claim is processed.
Rewards per verified vote site
- Farm Assistance — +30 minutes hunting time (per site)
- Event Medals — ×2 (per site)
- Adena — ×250,000 (per site)
- Valkyria Supporter — progress toward supporter status (2 verified sites in the same cycle)
How to claim
- Log in on the website and open Account → Vote Reward.
- Use Open voting page on each site and complete your vote.
- Return to the panel, choose the character that should receive the mail, and click Collect rewards.
- Check your in-game mailbox on that character once the claim is processed.
Important notes
- Vote verification uses your public IPv4 address. Vote and claim from the same connection, or use the in-game Vote System (Alt+B) if the website cannot detect your IP.
- Only one claim can be queued at a time. Wait for a pending claim to finish before trying again.
- Characters pending deletion cannot receive vote rewards.
- If a claim fails, make sure you voted from the IP shown on the panel, then try again after a short wait.
