No quest is needed. Anyone can walk to Orfen through the Sea of Spores.
How to enter

Rules around Orfen
The lowlands around her three spawn points, and her nest, are epic boss zones. The game sends a message when you enter one. Inside them:
- One character per PC. A second character from the same PC is sent to Giran.
- 18 players per clan and 18 per alliance (2 parties) inside epic boss zones. Anyone over the limit is sent to Giran.
- It is a PvP zone. Players can attack each other there without getting karma.
- You cannot log out or restart inside them.
- Mounts are dismounted, and Summon Friend does not work inside.
