The Prophecies group is one of the buff categories offered by the buffer NPC, alongside Buffs, Songs, Dances, Resists and Special. It contains nine buffs:

 Chant of Revenge | Increases your reflecting damage while you are being attacked. |
 Prophecy of Water | Raises physical and magic defence, shield block rate and HP regeneration, and lowers the damage you take from critical hits and blows -- but lowers your physical and magic attack and running speed. |
 Prophecy of Fire | Boosts physical attack power, physical attack speed, accuracy and critical rate -- but lowers your physical defence and running speed. |
 Prophecy of Wind | Boosts attack speed, accuracy and evasion, heals you for part of your normal attack damage, and raises critical rate, blow success and critical damage from behind -- but lowers critical rate and blow success from the front and makes debuffs on you land more often. |
 Chant of Spirit | Increases your resistance against debuffs and buff-canceling effects. |
 Chant of Victory | Boosts physical and magic attack, physical and magic attack speed, HP and accuracy -- but lowers your running speed. |
 Magnus' Chant | Boosts magic attack, casting speed, physical/magic defence and MP regeneration, and reduces MP consumption -- but lowers your running speed. |
 Victories of Pa'agrio | Boosts magic attack, magic attack speed and magic critical rate -- but raises MP consumption and lowers your running speed. |
 Pa'agrio's Fist | Increases your maximum CP. |
