A magic force field seals the Last Imperial Tomb, where Frintezza and Scarlet van Halisha wait. Only a 
Frintezza's Magic Force Field Removal Scroll opens it. The ghost of the last imperial prince, the Nameless Spirit, can write that scroll, if you help him first.
Only the command channel leader needs a scroll. The scroll can be traded to your leader, but it cannot be stored in a warehouse.
Finding the Nameless Spirit
The Nameless Spirit waits in the hall of the Four Sepulchers, beneath the Imperial Tomb near Goddard:

Noblesse shortcut: talk to the Global Gatekeeper in Goddard, press [Noblesse Only] Teleport, then Teleport to the hunting ground, and choose Four Sepulchers. It costs 1,000 Adena, or one

You only do this quest once. It unlocks the second one.
Quest 2 — Journey to a Settlement (repeatable)

| 1 | Talk to the Nameless Spirit again and choose "I'll help you." and "Unless...?". He needs a skin to write the spell on. |
| 2 | Go back to the Wall of Argos and kill Canyon Antelopes (level 68, passive) or Canyon Antelope Slaves (level 69, aggressive) until one drops an  Antelope Skin. Each kill has a 5% chance. You need only one skin, and only the player who lands the kill gets it. |
| 3 | Bring the skin to the Nameless Spirit and choose "Here it is.". He writes the spell and gives you the scroll. |
